- Welcome to Lavika Stays Villa Palmera, Alibag your luxury pool villa in Zirad, Alibag, just 15 minutes from Mandwa Jetty. To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience, please follow these rules.
- Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (22-hour stay).
- Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Valid government ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
- Loud music or parties are not permitted after 10:30 PM to maintain peace.
- Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
- Pets are welcome with prior notice and in designated areas.
- Handle furniture and amenities with care; damages will be chargeable.
Pool timings: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Proper swimwear required.
- Guests must secure personal belongings; the property isn’t responsible for loss or theft.
- Respect staff and fellow guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay at Lavika Stays Villa Palmera.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
- The advance/payment made towards booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and solely at the discretion of Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd.
- In case of cancellation before the 14th day of check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded, and any cancellation post the 14th day before check-in 100% of the booking amount will be retaine
- No refunds or adjustments will be provided for: Early check-out No-show bookings Reduction in number of guests Unused services or amenities.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Repair/replacement charges shall be recoverable from the booking guest.
- Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, government restrictions, or operational issues.
- In such cases, liability shall be limited only to the amount received against the booking.
- Any refund, if exceptionally approved by management, shall be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be processed only to the account through which the amount was received.
- By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts all terms of this cancellation policy.
