- Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Valid government ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
- Loud music or parties are not permitted after 10:30 PM to maintain peace.
- Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
- Pets are welcome with prior notice and in designated areas.
- Handle furniture and amenities with care; damages will be chargeable.
Pool timings: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Proper swimwear required.
- Guests must secure personal belongings; the property isn’t responsible for loss or theft.

Cancellation Policy

- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
- Date Modifications: Booking dates can be rescheduled once, subject to availability and seasonal rate differences.
- Early Check-out: No refund will be provided for early check-outs after check-in.
- Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities or travel restrictions, guests may opt for free date rescheduling within 6 months.
