We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility wherever possible. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which guests may cancel bookings made with Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd, and how refunds are processed, if applicable.

🗓️ Standard Cancellation Policy

A. For Villas & Homestays

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before the check-in date – 100% refund (excluding transaction charges).
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before check-in.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of check-in or no-shows.

B. For Hotels / Rooms

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 72 hours before check-in – 100% refund.
  • 50% Refund: Between 72 and 24 hours before check-in.
  • No Refund: Within 24 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show.

Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Transaction charges or third-party gateway fees are non-refundable.
