- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
By booking a stay with Lavika Stays, guests agree to:

- Maintain cleanliness and respect property rules.
- Avoid causing any damage to the property or disturbing the neighborhood.
- Be liable for any damages or losses caused during their stay.
- Follow the instructions of caretakers, property managers, or security personnel (if applicable).

- Smoking may be restricted inside certain properties.
- Parties, loud music, or events are allowed only with prior written permission.
- Pets are permitted only at properties listed as “Pet-Friendly.”
