Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
- The advance/payment made towards booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and solely at the discretion of Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd.
- In case of cancellation before the 14th day of check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded, and any cancellation post the 14th day before check-in 100% of the booking amount will be retained.
- No refunds or adjustments will be provided for: Early check-out No-show bookings Reduction in number of guests Unused services or amenities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Repair/replacement charges shall be recoverable from the booking guest.
- Lavika Stays Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, government restrictions, or operational issues. In such cases, liability shall be limited only to the amount received against the booking.
- Any refund, if exceptionally approved by management, shall be processed within 7–14 working days. Refunds will be processed only to the account through which the amount was received.
- By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts all terms of this cancellation policy.
